Comparatively speaking

In today’s society there’s a lot of focus on cost, be it supermarkets offering to match prices, or comparison websites providing you with the lowest quotes for home, car and pet insurance.

It can sometimes get very confusing to determine what the best value for your money really is. At first glance, one company might appear to be cheapest on the list but does it offer x, y and z, or just z? If it only offers z, are you prepared to sacrifice x and y? There’s a lot of research involved in securing the product you want, and you can often find yourself wading through a sea of small print before you get it.

Often, we find that getting the right service or product for the right price requires compromise and we’re left feeling disappointed with the outcome — it hasn’t quite measured up to our admittedly high expectations.
