Our ongoing programme of customer satisfaction surveys, regular site visits and account management enables us to review the situation as needs change. This provides valuable data to your business that can then be applied directly to meeting your patients?, staffs' and visitors? needs.
We act on fact
At a large PFI hospital in the north of England, we recently carried out a Medirest Healthcheck Survey with hospital staff to understand their thoughts about the on-site catering facilities. We spoke to 1,200 hospital staff and received an excellent response to our surveys on the day. By asking consumers about how they currently use the facilities and what they would like to see, we were able to better understand their needs.
As a result we were able to propose to the Trust the introduction of a more comfortable restaurant environment and extended seating area. We also opted for a Mondo Subs ? made-to-order sandwich shop ? in a response to the large number of staff between the ages of 16-34 on site who were looking for more grab-and-go food options that mirrored the high street.
